No, we can collect rubbish from multiple spots—inside, upstairs, or outside—as long as it’s safe to access.
However, grouping waste together helps us provide an accurate quote and ensures nothing is missed.
Do I need to leave my waste outside?
Not necessarily. Waste only needs to be moved outside if you won’t be at the property, making it easier for our team to access.
Are there locations you cannot access?
We cannot remove waste from areas that are unsafe or inaccessible, including:

Does my waste need to be bagged?
No, we’ll gather your waste ourselves. However, bagging small items can help ensure an accurate quote and prevent anything from being left behind.
How much does rubbish removal cost?

Call-out fee: Paid upfront to secure your booking and deducted from the total collection cost.

On-site assessment: Final costs are confirmed once we see the waste.

Extra waste: If there’s more than expected, we’ll re-quote on the day.

Refunds: If less waste is collected than prepaid, we’ll refund the difference within 5 working days.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Change: You can update your booking up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge.

Cancel: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations after this may incur up to 50% of the quoted price.
Do I need to be present for the clearance?
No, but you must be contactable or have prepaid. Sending photos of your rubbish in advance helps us confirm the scope of work. A friend, family member, or neighbour can also be present to guide our team.
Parking & access considerations
You must provide safe and reasonable parking for our team. Extra charges may apply if:

We accept card, BACS, or cash on the day for any additional payments.
What happens to my waste?
All waste is sorted at licensed transfer stations, then recycled or disposed of responsibly. We aim to recycle at least 97% of collected waste and provide compliance documents for your peace of mind.
